Introduced by a friend at Corey's year 12 formal, these high school sweethearts' love story is nothing short of beautiful, leading to the most perfect proposal at the top of Mount Fuji, and blessed by snowfall that same night!
When it came to planning the wedding, the pair knew they just wanted a small wedding with immediate family and close friends at the ceremony, followed by a big celebration that was opened up to other friends and extended family.
When choosing their venue, Chloe and Corey drove around looking at wedding venues for a full day and couldn't agree on one that they both liked, until they came across Mulanah Gardens in the heart of the South Burnett Region, and immediately knew that this would be where they'd say "I do!!"
Going into gown shopping with no idea what she was looking for, Chloe just wanted to try on EVERYTHING!! She had so much fun trying on everything in When Freddie met Lilly's intimate studio, but having always been a strapless girl, of course, she ended up with this gorgeous sweetheart gown, leaving Corey in awe as she walked down the aisle.
We also had the pleasure of creating Corey's bespoke tux; he actually couldn't wait to come in after Chloe told him about When Freddie met Lilly's custom-made suiting options, and decided on a stylish, slim-fit suit and matching bow tie. It was an absolute honour for us to design both wedding outfits for this gorgeous couple!
Some special moments were shared between them on the day, with Chloe getting Corey socks with their doggies' heads on them as well as special cuff links, and Corey sending some beautiful flowers to her in the morning. But to both of them, the highlight of their big day was simply being with each other, with the stress of the day melting away in each other's presence.
Chloe wanted to pass on some advice to any future brides - to try not to stress out (knowing how hard that actually is), enjoy dress shopping and just have the BEST TIME!!!
