Due to COVID-19, WFML Real Bride Emily and husband Matt had to postpone their wedding not once but twice! Being resilient they choose to elope on their original wedding date with 2 friends and a celebrant. Then with the help of their amazing vendors they were able to have their perfect wedding as planned just 7 months later!
With Emily stating, "the big day ran smoothly and we were able to postpone every single one of our venders twice and have them all there, on our 'wedding day.'"
The Dress
Emily had a clear vision, "I really wanted something simple but with modern elegance." After trying on 10 different dresses, Emily was about to give up on finding her perfect dress. But luckily she came into WFML and she was able to create her perfect dress. Picking the shape of the skirt, top and fabric Emily was able to create, "something unique to my style."
Emily stating, "the ladies at WFML really helped me design the right dress for me it was a very easy experience to begin, with COVID-19 making things a little difficult with planning fittings."
Advice for Future Brides
Emily gave us some advice to share with future brides,
"Choose a gown that is similar to your style not something that might stand out and is over the top. You want to feel comfortable and relaxed so you can soak in the special day with your partner, friends and family."
